Lots of cards with ideas for paddlers and coaches to challenge themselves and switch things up a little. You can register interest in getting a set of plastic cards (but projected price is £30). I copied them all into Word, a lengthy process! (if you want a copy email me) They're all there now though should I wish to print them and laminate. It's more likely that I'll dip into them in advance and just plan to use the activity, rather than take a card with me to the session. I haven't used any yet, and a lot of them look to be aimed above the level I coach at, but some look good. When I use one I'll write a post about it!
